About this song
An instrumental version of the song was used as the theme song for the TV series Chuck.
What it's about
The song is an exaggerated take on the search for the right girl, with a narrator who wants a woman who is fun, professional, sweet and tough at once. He can't find her because he is describing someone who is perfect, and the title's short skirt and long jacket highlight the contradictory details he asks for.
