About this song

Smino's appearance on this track marks his second collaboration with Dreamville artists, after "Sacrifices" on the album's final track, which features J. Cole and EARTHGANG. After the song's release, Cole praised Buddy as a "real life legend" on Twitter.

What it's about

The song is a posse cut in which the artists take turns rapping about their experiences with marijuana. Buddy plays a restless character who cuts in whenever someone gets too distracted to pass the blunt.
