About this song
The outro riff is played by Chad Hugo of The Neptunes. The song's title is said to mean a close friend, which may point to Earl's longtime friend Tyler, The Creator, who is name-dropped in the first verse.
What it's about
Earl discusses his fatherless upbringing and how his life has changed since returning from boarding school in Samoa. In the second verse he expresses frustration with Tyler Craven, who gave many interviews about the school while claiming friendship with Earl and Tyler to gain attention.
