do ya?

About this song

"do ya?" is the second single from why suffer for us?, a project created during ericdoa's LOCKED IN studio session on Twitch. The track moves between a vulnerable chorus and verses that switch to rapping over a pop instrumental.

What it's about

The song explores toxic relationships and the challenges of fame. Its chorus asks whether he is truly needed and worries that his feelings may not be returned, while the verses call out people who have tried to copy his style for their own success.
