About this song

The song came out of a partnership between producer Danger Mouse, known for The Grey Album, and rapper and soul singer Cee-Lo Green. It first appeared on the group's website and became a viral hit, eventually reaching number one on the UK charts through download sales alone. It was also the most played song of 2006. It was originally a demo by Cee-Lo Green for The Pussycat Dolls, but the group chose another song, "Don't Cha", as their lead single instead.
