About this song
"Will" is the ninth single from Joyner Lucas's album ADHD, released two days before the album. In the music video, Joyner plays ten of Will Smith's movie roles, and a deepfake Will appears at the end.
What it's about
The song pays homage to Joyner's idol Will Smith, referencing The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and nine other films in which Smith had a lead role. It also expresses a wish to show appreciation for idols while they are still alive, a lesson Joyner draws from artists who died young.
