About this song
"In My Room" was the first pre-release single and the ninth track on Julia Wolf's third studio album, PRESSURE. The song has over 40 million streams and became a viral hit on TikTok. That success led to Drake pitching Julia for a collaboration on his 2025 song "Dog House".
What it's about
The song is about the ache of missing someone who has moved on. It captures the obsessive back-and-forth of holding onto pieces of a person who no longer wants to be held by you, and the urge to change yourself to keep them interested when they are already gone.
