About this song
"Daddy" is the final track on Korn's self-titled debut album. Band members and producer Ross Robinson said in 2014 that the sobbing heard at the end of the song is genuine, and Robinson kept recording as the band was told to resume playing. The song was performed live only once in its first twenty years, and then played each night on the band's 2015 20th anniversary tour.

The song deals with child sexual abuse, with vocalist Jonathan Davis addressing the abuser. Davis has explained that he was abused by a babysitter, not a parent, and that his parents did not believe him at the time.
