About this song
The song expands on NF's earlier track "Hate Myself" from his 2019 album The Search. Unlike that song, it ends on a more hopeful note.
What it's about
NF raps about insecurities and a lack of self-love, feeling lost and helpless with no purpose. He ends by asking God to help him see his own worth so he can climb out of the rut he is stuck in.
Fun facts
