About this song
The single was released along with a music video that Brian co-directed alongside James Defina, posted on the 88rising channel. Brian has said he was in a long distance relationship with a girl from Maryland while still living in Indonesia, and he talked about it during his May 2017 appearance on Pharrell Williams' Apple Music show OTHERtone.
What it's about
The song reminisces about Brian's ex, the girl he dated long distance, and the emptiness he felt after she ended the relationship two months in.
