About this song
The song appeared in a late October 2018 Apple commercial for the MacBook Air. The band said they were simply trying to write a great song, and it grew out of working in the studio every day.

The idea came from a home video of band members Max and Spencer Ernst jumping on a trampoline. The band wanted a story about an "Upside Down" world, a Stranger Things reference, with a plot similar to Alice in Wonderland.
