About this song
"TELL ME WHY" is a promotional single from The Kid LAROI's debut album, F*CK LOVE, produced over an Internet Money-produced instrumental. The track was first previewed at the opening of Lil Tjay's tour in early 2020, and was previewed many times afterward. Its release was accompanied by a music video directed by Cole Bennett.
What it's about
LAROI pours out his emotions while mourning friends and family who have died. The track is likely a tribute to his close friend and mentor, Juice WRLD, who died on December 8, 2019, due to a substance-induced seizure.
