Aviation

About this song

The Last Shadow Puppets released "Aviation" on March 16th along with a video made by Saam Farahmand with Black Sheep Studios. The song was originally intended as a solo track for Miles Kane, who had left the Rascals in 2009. When Kane and Alex Turner resumed work on the band in 2014, Kane pushed to rework the song for their upcoming project, and producer James Ford, of Simian Mobile Disco, was brought back to work on it again.

What it's about

In the video, Turner and Kane dig their own graves while a dapper criminal ringleader and a bride look on. The bride also appeared in the video for "Everything You've Come to Expect".
