About this song
"Youth" is a track from Troye Sivan's debut album, Blue Neighbourhood, released on 4 December 2015. The song debuted on Apple Music on 12 November 2015.
What it's about
Troye describes the song as a fantasy about finding someone who makes you feel like half a person, centered on joy, naivety and being lost. It is about running away, making mistakes and loving too hard, and it is presented as mainly a love story, though it could also be read as a love song to his fans.
