About this song
"Ocean Man" is a song by American experimental rock band Ween, released on their 1997 Elektra album The Mollusk. AllMusic cited it as an example of the band's silly jokes and musical parody being richer and more diverse than many of their alternative rock contemporaries. The song is also known for appearing over the credits of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, and the album was a major influence on Stephen Hillenburg when he created the show.
