Jazz (We've Got)

About this song

The track features a mellow, snare-heavy beat, a haunting piano loop and a soulful soprano saxophone sample. It was paired with an absurd music video that combined it with "Buggin' Out", officially titled "Jazz (We've Got) Buggin' Out", and many hardcore hip hop fans appreciate that video. Pete Rock said in a 2004 Wax Poetics interview that he made the original beat, and Q-Tip later re-arranged it, with Q-Tip shouting out Pete Rock at the end of the song.
