About this song
Big Sean and Post Malone's first collaboration was previewed on September 29, 2019, by the producing duo Take A Daytrip via Instagram Live. Originally, the track featured a verse from A$AP Rocky, but that guest appearance was later repurposed for another song on the album. Post Malone's involvement was later hinted at in the album teaser.
What it's about
The song reflects on the environments the two artists grew up in, with Big Sean comparing his family to a pack of wolves, implying dominance and loyalty. In an October 2019 interview, he said the song is about his family, including his grandma, mom and brother, whom he described as the sweetest and strongest of the pack.
