Ultimate

About this song

"Ultimate" is the breakout hit by Florida rapper Denzel Curry and became popular in 2016 through a video meme that uses its high-intensity hook to mark unexpectedly savage moments. The song is the peak of aggression on the double EP 32 Zel/Planet Shrooms, with production by Ronny J. Curry said he made it a year before it went viral and called the attention it brought a blessing.

What it's about

The song is a high-energy banger built on wordplay, and it grows more relentless as Curry's vocals intensify in the second verse. The term "ULT/Ultimate" used by Curry and his C9 crew is said to have originated from this song.
