About this song
"Go D.J." is the second single from Lil Wayne's album Tha Carter. It was his most successful single as a lead artist until "Lollipop" in 2008. The hook interpolates a few lines from U.N.L.V.'s 1996 song "Don't U Be Greedy," a track by the New Orleans rap group that was one of Cash Money's first signees.
