About this song
The song appeared on Trainor's 2016 album Thank You. Its music video was taken down hours after its May 9th release, and Trainor explained on Snapchat that it had been edited too much around her waist without her approval. An unedited version of the video came out later that week and drew a larger response.
What it's about
The song is an ode to self-love, celebrating Trainor's confidence in her abilities and her body, as well as her success with hits that embrace feminine ego and full-figured bodies.
