About this song
"The Search" is the second single and title track from NF's fourth album, and it was his first release of 2019. Its music video shares some easter eggs with the video for his 2018 single "WHY," such as a shopping cart and balloons.
What it's about
The song finds NF opening up about the struggles inside his head and the difficulty of dealing with fame. Its message is similar to that of "WHY."
