I DON'T LOVE YOU ANYMORE

About this song

The song is the track on the album that follows "GONE, GONE / THANK YOU" and comes before "ARE WE STILL FRIENDS?". Its high-pitched vocal is part of the song's approach to the anger it expresses.

What it's about

On the surface the song sounds like Tyler has moved on from a former partner, but he is really pretending and lying to himself because he was hurt. Insisting he no longer loves them does not make it true, and his deeper feelings come through on the album's final track.
