Ambitionz Az A Ridah

About this song

Daz Dillinger built the beat by adding a gangsta twist to the drums from Joeski Love's "Pee Wee's Dance." 2Pac wrote it within hours of his release from prison and made it the first song he created for the album All Eyez On Me. Mike Tyson, a close friend of 2Pac, has used the song as his entrance music on several occasions, and 2Pac wrote an alternate version, "Ambitionz Az A Fighta," for Tyson to use.

What it's about

The song serves as the opening track of All Eyez On Me and introduces a more aggressive, gritter persona that 2Pac adopted on the album.
