About this song
The fifth track on Coldplay's A Head Full of Dreams, it moves into disco with a funky dance floor beat and a prominent guitar riff. The riff was inspired by the one in Guns N' Roses' "Sweet Child O' Mine." Bassist Guy Berryman said the song began as a freeform musical session under a different name and a different chord sequence, with parts gradually removed and added.
What it's about
The song is a simple take on life and love.
