About this song
The song was produced by Kanye West and S1, and it samples "21st Century Schizoid Man" by King Crimson, the drums from the Cold Grits' version of "It's Your Thing", and "Afroamerica" by Continent Number 6. West said in an interview with New York radio station Power 105.1 that he spent about 5,000 hours of work on the track. The accompanying music video has received critical acclaim, and Irina Shayk, who appears in a chair in the video, called it a moving painting. George Condo designed the single's cover art.
