About this song
Eminem's verse was added to a remix of the song, and he discussed it in his autobiography The Way I Am, saying he wrote it in about ten minutes. The original version was produced by Easy Mo Bee in 1993, possibly around the time he produced Biggie's debut single "Party and Bullshit" while still recording for Uptown Records. The drums are taken from Al Green's "I'm Glad You're Mine," the same sample used on "I Got a Story to Tell" and "What's Beef?"
What it's about
The song is a posthumous track that deals with rape, murder and pedophilia, subjects that Eminem said suited his style for his verse.
