About this song
The song is a very upbeat, happy number from Paramore's fourth studio album, and it is the ninth track on the album and the second single released from it. It peaked at No. 24 on the Billboard Hot 100, at the time the second-highest a Paramore song had reached. Hayley Williams said the band had doubts about releasing a love song as a single, and that the song's pop sound and chorus were something they were unsure about before deciding to keep it.
What it's about
The song is about commitment to one person you have fallen in love with, and the work it takes to choose them and stay in love. It is widely linked to the relationship between Hayley Williams and Chad Gilbert.
