About this song
It closes a fairly bleak album, ending on a glimmer of hope. Its black-and-white music video plays with speeding up and slowing down images, and shows Thom Yorke appearing to jump from a trailer, followed by disjointed images and dancers in black.
What it's about
The song reflects on the futility and pointlessness of life and the certainty of death. Its outro suggests that love is the answer to all that life has to offer.
