The track was the fourth single from Good Girl Gone Bad and was promoted by two dance remixes, released on August 7, 2007. It samples the outro of Michael Jackson's 1982 song "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'", which itself interpolated Manu Dibango's 1972 song "Soul Makossa". Dibango sued Rihanna in 2009 for not consulting him about the sample. The single peaked at number three on the Billboard Hot 100 and sold over four million copies in the US.
