About this song
Jeff Bass came up with the "mushrooms" line for the song. Eminem drew on an episode in which one of his friends had a bad acid trip and was going through a bout of depression, and he took it on himself to reassure him. The song takes that setup and makes the friend a girl, with Eminem being far less helpful. Eminem also made a "Pizza Mix" of the track.
What it's about
The song is a fictional story in which Eminem gives a girl named Susan mushrooms. It is framed as a scenario where he is not much help to someone who is struggling.
