Amityville

About this song

The track was originally meant to feature Outsidaz members Young Zee and Pacewon. Dr. Dre complained that the album had too many features, so Eminem removed their verses and wrote the last one himself. Pacewon has said he believes their verses were permanently deleted, and the episode led to a rift between him and Eminem, with Pacewon releasing diss tracks aimed at Eminem since then.

What it's about

The song uses Amityville, a town in Suffolk County, New York, and the setting of The Amityville Horror, as a backdrop for evil acts and gruesome events. Eminem claims that Detroit is even sicker.
