From The D 2 The LBC

About this song

The song is a single from Eminem and Snoop Dogg, both protégés of Dr. Dre. It was previewed hours before its release at Ape Fest 2022, where the two showed off the music video onstage. The title pays tribute to their home cities, Detroit, Michigan, and Long Beach, California.

What it's about

The song follows the rekindling of the two rappers' decades-long friendship after a feud in 2020. That feud began with Snoop's list of his top ten rappers of all time, which left Eminem out, and his remarks about Eminem were the real catalyst.
