About this song
The song takes its name from the 1988 movie Rain Man, which starred Dustin Hoffman and Tom Cruise. Eminem later said in a 2011 Rolling Stone interview that it was one of the goofy songs he made around the end of Encore in 2004, during a period when he was taking a lot of pills.
What it's about
The song is playful and light-hearted, filled with celebrity-targeted jokes similar to other Eminem tracks, and it references several habits of one of the movie's autistic characters.
