About this song
"Without Me" is the lead single from Eminem's album The Eminem Show. The song charted as a top 5 hit in 20 countries and reached number one in thirteen of them, including Australia, Ireland, Germany and Switzerland. It was later featured on the soundtrack album for the 2016 film Suicide Squad. It is recognized as one of the densest raps in history, though it is often overlooked for that because of its poppy sound and its status as a lead single.
What it's about
The song shows Eminem's sense of his own importance to rap and his claim that the genre wouldn't be the same without him.
